Macbeth by William Shakespeare
This book came with soo much additional stuff to the actual play. Like explanations of the words and stuff and an introduction as long as the play itself. I skipped all that and just read the play. I think Shakespeare likes killing off characters, it seems to be a theme. Without death, his plays would not have been so impactful. It was a good read, I enjoyed it. Reading a play is different then a regular story cause it doesn’t describe things more then making a mention of a thing existing. It lets the theater and movie producers add their own take on what was happening, what the people were wearing and so on.
This is one of the books in Daria’s Reading List that I’m working on getting through.
